About the Retreat and Benefits

This 5-Day Retreat is designed to give a profound experience of all aspects of yoga including; Yoga asana, Breathing exercises, Deep relaxation, Mindfulness meditation, Yoga philosophy, Anatomy, Diet and Food, and other related aspects.

Through the practice of Yoga asana and meditation retreat schedule and our diet program, you will gain flexibility, strength, and learn to relax under otherwise stressful situations and return to your homeland with harmony and balance for mind and body; cleaner, clearer, lighter, rejuvenated and enthused.

The Retreat suitable for all levels and abilities, whether you are experience or beginners student, this is an opportunity to deepen and further your practice or begin practicing yoga properly with our teaching technique and support throughout the retreat, you will gain confidence to develop own self-practice, breathing awareness to apply to daily life.

Our Diet and Foods

Xhale Yoga Retreat provides a nutritionally balanced alkaline diet of Thai / Western vegetarian, locally grown, fresh picked, tropical fruits, sprouts, veggies, nuts and seeds prepared in simple yet delicious and healthy recipes, served in modest proportions.
